Terms, Privacy, and Platform Rules
Draft operating terms for Casino du Liban. Final legal review is required before public launch.
1. Platform Overview
Casino du Liban is planned as a phone-first member platform with free play, virtual wallets, sports arbitrage education, crypto-market concepts, political event-market concepts, and future bot-assisted products. Access starts through WhatsApp phone verification. A member account may be created automatically when a verified phone number is not already registered.
The platform may include DIY/free-play tools, virtual wallet balances, locked balances, sponsored promotions, manual account funding, sports-related simulations, crypto-related opportunities, political event-market ideas, and arbitrage-style workflows inspired by services such as sports betting exchanges, Kalshi-style event contracts, public prediction markets, and sportsbook arbitrage. Product availability depends on jurisdiction, operator rules, provider availability, liquidity, and admin configuration.
2. No Investment Needed
Members do not need to deposit, invest, subscribe, or buy anything to use free-play areas that are enabled by the platform. Free daily tokens may be granted on login once per day when enabled. Registration bonuses may also be configured by admins. These free balances can be changed, paused, limited, or removed by backend settings.
Free Sports Arbitrage is intended as a DIY learning and play mode. Unless changed by future published rules, free sports arbitrage opportunities are locked to a 1% displayed profit cap. Extra opportunities, private feeds, deeper routing, and premium execution logic may be hidden from free mode and reserved for configured products.
3. Wallets and Balances
Each user can have multiple wallet types. The initial wallet set includes a USDT Wallet, a Free Daily Token Wallet, Locked Balances, and a Sports Virtual Wallet. Wallet labels, grants, and behavior may evolve as the model expands.
Locked Balances are used for profits, pending releases, active play, invested amounts, and other amounts that should not be immediately withdrawable. Possible profit may be automatically added to played or invested amounts and released according to the rules for the tier, bot, parlay, lottery, product, or campaign involved.
Manual funding can be performed by backend/admin action. All wallet movements should be ledgered. Admins may reverse, correct, freeze, or review balances when fraud, mistakes, duplicate credits, provider errors, settlement errors, chargebacks, rule violations, or compliance concerns exist.
4. Phone, Profile, and Recovery
Phone number is the primary account identity. Members cannot change their own phone number directly. A phone-number change must be requested from admins and may require extra verification.
Username is optional. Full name and email are optional but recommended. The benefit of adding email and profile details is recovery: if a wallet is lost, a phone number becomes inaccessible, or WhatsApp access fails, these details may help admins verify the member and choose a recovery path. Profile details do not guarantee recovery.
5. LebanOne Bot
LebanOne Bot is the planned investment and routing bot product. The bot may use private full API feeds, public feeds, exchange feeds, sportsbook feeds, prediction-market data, liquidity signals, pricing gaps, and internal rules. The bot may rotate opportunities and discuss or score them between Claude, Gemini, Codex, and other model/tooling systems before routing funds.
The bot may route pooled funds where available to wallets, exchanges, sportsbooks, market venues, or internal product pools to buy, sell, hedge, simulate, or reserve positions. Larger pools can mean more available wallets, more routing choices, fewer deposit and withdrawal events, lower friction, and better ability to react to short windows. Larger pools can also create larger operational, liquidity, settlement, counterparty, and model risks.
Bot output is not guaranteed. AI systems can be wrong, stale, delayed, incomplete, overconfident, or affected by provider errors. Bot tiers may define lock duration, release schedule, profit share, loss handling, maximum exposure, venue restrictions, and manual override rights. The platform may reject or skip opportunities even when a model scores them positively.
6. Sports, Crypto, Political Markets, and Arbitrage
Sports-related features may include virtual balances, free play, arbitrage education, odds comparison, parlays, reverse parlays, sportsbook-style routing, and simulations. Real-money sports betting is restricted in many jurisdictions and may require licenses or approved operators.
Free sports arbitrage is a constrained product view. Its displayed profit is fixed at 1% unless backend rules change. Investment-style sports arbitrage locks the placed USDT principal plus the fixed profit into Locked Balances and releases it back to the USDT wallet after the configured release window, currently 24 hours after event time.
Casino Roulette is a virtual strategy lab. It may simulate live-table style sessions, table IDs, betting limits, round timers, and session balances, but it does not connect to real live casino tables unless a future integration is separately announced.
Crypto-related features may involve stablecoin balances, simulated trading, spot or derivative concepts, event-driven market views, and wallet accounting. Crypto prices, liquidity, network fees, delays, custody risks, and regulation can change quickly.
Political exchanges and event markets may involve topics similar to election, policy, geopolitical, or public-event contracts. Rules, settlement sources, and venue eligibility must be clear before any real-money product is offered. Unverifiable or disputed outcomes may require cancellation, refund, delay, manual review, or alternate settlement.
Arbitrage is not risk-free. Price changes, stake limits, account limits, voided legs, settlement mismatch, bad data, provider downtime, latency, manual errors, odds movement, withdrawal holds, and rule differences can remove expected profit or create loss.
7. Privacy
The platform may collect phone number, WhatsApp verification status, profile fields, wallet balances, ledger entries, login history, device/browser signals, IP address, user agent, admin notes, and product activity. This data is used for account access, security, wallet accounting, recovery, compliance, product operation, fraud prevention, support, and platform analytics.
Access tokens, API keys, provider credentials, and private feeds must be kept outside public code and loaded from environment configuration or secure storage. Members should not share OTP codes, wallet details, or recovery information with anyone claiming to be support outside official channels.
8. Changes and Availability
Every major option is intended to be backend configurable, including bonus amounts, wallet grants, daily login rewards, free-play limits, bot availability, release rules, tiers, and profit caps. The platform may change rules, pause features, place accounts under review, or stop products where required by law, provider terms, security needs, or operational risk.
9. No Legal, Financial, or Betting Advice
Nothing on the platform is legal, financial, tax, betting, or investment advice. Members are responsible for understanding their local laws and personal risk. Final launch terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before real deposits, withdrawals, bot investing, sports betting, political markets, or crypto execution are offered.
